Clinic Appointments

Appointments should be made to see the  doctor of your choice and we encourage  patients to do this.
Patients presenting without an appointment for non-urgent matters will be  seen if possible after those who have  made appointments.

Emergencies will be seen as a priority.

Weekend Appointments

Appointments on the weekend are reserved for existing patients. New patients wishing to use this clinic should make appointments during the week only.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let the surgery know asap so that the appointment can be available for another patient.

Reminder Systems

We currently offer a reminder system to patients for pap smears, asthma & diabetic management & childhood & adult immunisation. If you do not wish to be a part of the system, please discuss this with your doctor.

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

At least 2 hours notice must be given for a cancelled appointment. If this is not done, a $15 cancellation fee will need to be paid BEFORE your doctor will see you at your next appointment.

Home Visits

Home Visits in the local area can be made on weekdays for patients who are frail, elderly or physically unable to attend the clinic. Please ring before 10am to make arrangements.

Prescriptions by phone

Repeat scripts ordered over the phone require details to be left on voicemail/reception & WILL BE READY TO BE PICKED UP IN 3 WORKING DAYS. A FEE of $5 will apply.

All other scripts require an appointment (including Authority Scripts, scripts for antibiotics or scripts requiring blood pressure & other health checks.) 

Please note: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN YOUR DOCTOR FOR OVER 6 MONTHS.

General Medicine

Practice Nurse: Sue McPherson (SRN) Sue works  Mondays to Fridays. Sue is an experienced accredited Nurse Immuniser

Please note Immunisation appointments booked with Sue will be bulk billed.
