INFLUENZA VACCINATION in 2010

Every year Swansea Rd Clinic offers the latest release of flu vaccination for that particular year.

In 2010 there will be two ways to administer the latest influenza vaccine.

1) Intramuscular injection (this has been the way it has always been given)

2) Intradermal skin prick (less painful & less invasive as it is not an injection)

The cost will vary a little as the intradermal vaccine is slightly more expensive to purchase. Also, it is  only suitable for people over 18 years of age.

Swansea Rd Clinic will order stocks of both types of Flu vaccines for 2010

Please contact the surgery & speak to Sue McPherson if you have any queries
