Come to Us for a Health Check in Montrose!
Appointments should be made to see the doctor of your choice and we encourage patients to do this.
Patients presenting without an appointment for non-urgent matters will be seen if possible after those who have made appointments.
Emergencies will be seen as a priority.
Email communication is not suitable to alter or cancel appointments. It is also not suitable when requesting renewal of prescriptions.
Please be aware that we open only on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. Consultations on Saturdays & Public Holidays are available to all patients. New patients will need to make a double appointment with the Doctor.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let the surgery know asap so that the appointment can be available for another patient.
Double appointments may be necessary for minor surgical procedures, pre-employment medicals, Mirena IUD/ Implanon insertion, initial Travel consultations, & first consultations for new patients to the clinic. Check with reception when making your appointment.
Cancellations or Missed Appointments
At least 2 hours notice must be given for a cancelled appointment. If this is not done, a $15 cancellation fee will need to be paid BEFORE your doctor will see you at your next appointment.
We currently offer a reminder system to patients for pap smears, asthma & diabetic management & childhood & adult immunisation. If you do not wish to be a part of the system, please discuss this with your doctor.
All cosmetic consultations with Dr Yeo now require a $50 non refundable deposit at time of booking. The procedures include Pelleve, PRP, anti wrinkle injections, dermal fillers & threading. The deposit will contribute to the final cost.
This $50 deposit can be paid using credit card over the phone at the time of booking.
Home Visits in the local area can be made on weekdays for patients who are frail, elderly or physically unable to attend the clinic. Please ring before 10am to make arrangements. Please note only 2 of our Doctors do home visits.

All prescriptions including repeat scripts ordered over the phone require an appointment. If the appointment is only to obtain a repeat script then the consultation may be bulk billed.
Prescriptions may include Authority Scripts, scripts for antibiotics or scripts requiring blood pressure & other health checks & these require the doctor to examine your health to determine the type of prescription required.
IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN YOUR DOCTOR FOR OVER 6 MONTHS, the Doctor will need to do a health check during your consultation before confirming your request for a prescription. This service will not be bulk billed.
Discounts apply for Health Care Card Holders.
Full pensioners will be bulk billed.
Please note in some instances the doctor may have an arrangement to provide scripts without an appointment. This is only for special situations & where the patients health would not be put at risk by doing so. The receptionists will be notified if this is the case.
When ringing the surgery to obtain test results, please ring after midday as the results may not have been viewed by the doctor until this time.
