Special Needs Facilities in Montrose
Both the Allied Health Centre and Swansea Road Clinic are accessible by wheelchair. This includes the toilet facilities which are accessible by wheelchair at both clinics
For the Hearing Impaired – Interpreter Services for non english speaking patients are available via the Doctors priority Line (TIS) 1300 131 450. TIS is a fee free service for a medicare consultation. Please let the surgery know at least 48 hours before the consultation.
The surgery can also assist if notice is given for Deaf/Blind patients. Eg. NABS (Auslan ,TTY services). Please let the surgery know if assistance is required a few days before the consultation if possible. (Dr Yeo is fluent in Auslan)

During weekdays and Saturday mornings we do home visits for our patients in the local area if necessary. Where possible we ask that you ring before 10.00am to arrange these.
Please note: Dr Rowe & Dr Yeo are the only Doctors who do home visits. Our locum service can assist if the doctor is unable to do the home visit on a particular day however the visit will occur after 6pm. For this service Ph 132660. The locum service provides a report on their home visit to your Doctor & this report is stored in your personal health record.
